2. When Refunds Are NOT Allowed

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Documents have been reviewed or processed
  • Tax return has been prepared or submitted
  • Delay or rejection is caused by:
    • Incorrect information provided by the user
    • Government or IRS processing delays
    • Third-party system issues
  • User changes their mind after submitting data
  • User fails to provide required documents

3. When Refunds MAY Be Considered

A refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made but no service was started
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Technical error caused incorrect billing

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.


4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time

  • Future services may be denied

7. Service Fees

  • Government filing fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Processing fees are non-refundable
